What file format do I get, exactly?
We offer study materials in two formats. You can get a PDF question set with answers, or you can choose an online practice test that runs in your browser. We also offer a bundle that includes both formats together.
Which format should I choose?
The PDF format is portable and works across different devices, so you can study on the go. The online practice test provides a real-time testing environment with time management features that simulate an actual exam. We recommend trying the free demo of any product before you buy to see which format suits you best.
How does the refund policy work?
We offer a full refund if you prepare with our materials and do not pass the exam on your first attempt. To request a refund, send us a scanned copy of your exam enrollment slip, your result or score report, your order number, name, and payment method to our support email. We will refund your money within 7 business days or offer you a different product instead. The refund applies only if you spent at least 7 days studying our materials and actually took the exam.
How do I receive the product after purchase?
Your products are available immediately after your payment is confirmed, so there is no waiting period and nothing is posted to you. An account is created for you automatically at checkout and your login details are emailed to you straight away. Sign in to the Customer Center and you will find your PDF, Online Practice Test or Bundle Pack ready in the relevant product section.
What do the free updates include?
Every purchase includes 90 days of free updates. If your exam changes during that period, our product team updates the question bank for both formats, the PDF and the Online Practice Test, and the revised version appears in your Customer Center automatically. There is nothing extra to pay and nothing to request, simply sign in at any point within the 90 days to get the latest version.
Can I use the online practice test on my phone?
Yes. The Online Practice Test uses a responsive design and works in the browser on phones, tablets and desktop computers alike. There is no app to install, so you can sign in from any device and carry on where you left off.
Can I export anything from the online practice test?
Questions and answers cannot be exported from the Online Practice Test, they stay within the platform. If you need your performance reports or analytics, please contact our customer support team by live chat or email and we will be happy to help.
Is this a subscription, or a one-time payment?
Every purchase is a single, one-time payment. We do not run subscriptions on any exam or product format, so there are no recurring charges, no renewal fees and no automatic rebilling. You pay once for the product you choose.
How often does NCLEX update the NCLEX-RN exam?
NCLEX does not publish a fixed schedule for exam updates, so a change can be introduced at any time. Our exam preparation team monitors every exam we offer on a continuing basis, and whenever a syllabus revision or any other change is identified we update our question bank accordingly.
What happens if NCLEX changes or retires the NCLEX-RN exam version?
Changes to the NCLEX-RN exam are made by NCLEX and are outside our control. What we can do is keep our material aligned with the current version, and our exam preparation team revises the question bank whenever NCLEX updates the syllabus. If you are unsure whether our material covers the version you are booked to sit, contact our support team and we will confirm it for you.
