How does the refund policy work?
We offer a full refund if you prepare with our materials and do not pass the exam on your first attempt. To request a refund, send us a scanned copy of your exam enrollment slip, your result or score report, your order number, name, and payment method to our support email. We will refund your money within 7 business days or offer you a different product instead. The refund applies only if you spent at least 7 days studying our materials and actually took the exam.

How often does Insurance Institute update the RIBO-Level-1 exam?
Insurance Institute does not publish a fixed schedule for exam updates, so a change can be introduced at any time. What happens if Insurance Institute changes or retires the RIBO-Level-1 exam version?
Changes to the RIBO-Level-1 exam are made by Insurance Institute and are outside our control.
