How does the refund policy work?

To request a refund, send us a scanned copy of your exam enrollment slip, your result or score report, your order number, name, and payment method to our support email. We will refund your money within 7 business days or offer you a different product instead. The refund applies only if you spent at least 7 days studying our materials and actually took the exam.
How do I receive the product after purchase?

Can I export anything from the online practice test?
Questions and answers cannot be exported from the Online Practice Test, they stay within the platform. If you need your performance reports or analytics, please contact our customer support team by live chat or email and we will be happy to help.
Is this a subscription, or a one-time payment?

How often does Genesys update the GCX-SCR exam?

What happens if Genesys changes or retires the GCX-SCR exam version?
