How does the refund policy work?
We offer a full refund if you prepare with our materials and do not pass the exam on your first attempt. To request a refund, send us a scanned copy of your exam enrollment slip, your result or score report, your order number, name, and payment method to our support email. We will refund your money within 7 business days or offer you a different product instead. The refund applies only if you spent at least 7 days studying our materials and actually took the exam.
How do I receive the product after purchase?

Is this a subscription, or a one-time payment?

How often does BCI update the CBCI exam?
BCI does not publish a fixed schedule for exam updates, so a change can be introduced at any time. Our exam preparation team monitors every exam we offer on a continuing basis, and whenever a syllabus revision or any other change is identified we update our question bank accordingly.
What happens if BCI changes or retires the CBCI exam version?
Changes to the CBCI exam are made by BCI and are outside our control. What we can do is keep our material aligned with the current version, and our exam preparation team revises the question bank whenever BCI updates the syllabus.
